Not again…

We just got rid of CI-100, and now  I hear this from Pro-Choice Montana:

State Sen. Dan McGee of Laurel recently requested the state’s legislative services to draft a bill that would amend Montana’s constitution to limit the right to privacy, allowing politicians to infringe upon that right in order to protect “an unborn human life.” This bill could effectively outlaw abortion in the state and interfere in medical decision-making for pregnant women. Sen. McGee introduced similar legislation in 2003 that was defeated in the state House.”

What will they throw at us next?  A similar measure was also introduced in 2007 that only failed by a margin of seven points.  We need to make sure that this legislation can’t even make it to a vote.

Please visit this site to see what you can do to help fight this bill.
